Immediately after you place your order, and payment has been confirmed, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

You are given the option to upload your logo when placing order.  We accept  jpg, jpeg, png, gif and pdf formats.  The upload limit is 50Mb per image.

Our goal is to have your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. 

On checkout you will be able to input your event date and we will use this as a guide for completion. As a general rule, unless otherwise specified, this is up to 7 working days (excluding shipping). If your order includes a logo this will be up to 7 working days from artwork approval. 

This may be longer during busy seasons, but there will be a pop up on the home page informing of this if the need arises. 

If your order is urgent, please contact us. 

Larger or more complex orders may take longer. Bespoke Orders are not included in this time frame, please contact us. This timescale does not include Public/Bank Holidays and annual closures over Christmas/New Year, Easter and Summer Holidays.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing as we may have already secured supplies to fulfill your order. Orders that have had engraving started may not be cancelled.

We deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland and Rest of the United Kingdom.

While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you have any problems, please contact us; we will do everything possible to correct the situation.
When selecting a trophy you will see a box to enter your required text. If you prefer you can enter ‘emailed’ in this box and email your engraving instructions through. This would also apply to multiple awards with different engraving.

We accept most debit/credit Card payments, Bank Transfer.

This depends on the product picked. If we find there is insufficient space for your required text, we will contact you to discuss.

We accept all credit and debit cards displaying the Visa, MasterCard, Maestro logo. To pay using one of these cards simply click the ‘Check Out Securely’ button in the Shopping Basket.

If you are a purchasing on behalf of a company, club or similar organisation then we allow payment by Bank Transfer. IMPORTANT: Please use your order reference number when paying by BACS.

We offer credit account facilities to all public sector organisations including schools, colleges, universities, local authorities, emergency services, NHS trusts and the Ministry Of Defence.

When ordering online for the first time, simply register as a public sector organisation and select Cheque/BACS as your payment method. Please quote your order reference number when purchasing through BACS.

From time to time we may offer voucher codes. If you are in possession of a valid code then please enter this into the voucher code box during the checkout process to obtain the appropriate discount. All our online transactions are processed securely using Sage Pay or PayPal, both industry leaders in secure internet transactions.

Individual Items that are out of stock will be clearly marked. In the event an item has not been marked of stock and is unavailable we will contact you and offer you a replacement of same or better value.

Items not marked as out of stock indicate that we either have them in stock instore or that they are readily available from our manufacturers and will be ordered in for you.

We receive orders from our manufacturers/suppliers up to 3 times a week.
