Immediately after you place your order, and payment has been confirmed, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.
You are given the option to upload your logo when placing order. We accept jpg, jpeg, png, gif and pdf formats. The upload limit is 50Mb per image.
Our goal is to have your order processed and shipped as soon as possible.
On checkout you will be able to input your event date and we will use this as a guide for completion. As a general rule, unless otherwise specified, this is up to 7 working days (excluding shipping). If your order includes a logo this will be up to 7 working days from artwork approval.

Larger or more complex orders may take longer. Bespoke Orders are not included in this time frame, please contact us. This timescale does not include Public/Bank Holidays and annual closures over Christmas/New Year, Easter and Summer Holidays.
We deliver to Northern Ireland, Ireland and Rest of the United Kingdom.
We accept most debit/credit Card payments, Bank Transfer.
This depends on the product picked. If we find there is insufficient space for your required text, we will contact you to discuss.
If you are a purchasing on behalf of a company, club or similar organisation then we allow payment by Bank Transfer. IMPORTANT: Please use your order reference number when paying by BACS.
We offer credit account facilities to all public sector organisations including schools, colleges, universities, local authorities, emergency services, NHS trusts and the Ministry Of Defence.
When ordering online for the first time, simply register as a public sector organisation and select Cheque/BACS as your payment method. Please quote your order reference number when purchasing through BACS.
